March always tends to be a really freaking great month. First of all, it’s my birth month. I still LIKE birthdays, contrary to maybe most people once they’re in their 30’s. I’m a proud Pisces, and a girl (ahem, lady) who doesn’t let contrived definitions of “old” limit me! I had a four-day birthday party last weekend, and I might even let the birthday excuses slip on even longer into next week. We’ll see! I might get tired of the partying. (I AM in my 30’s, after all…HA!)
March is also a great month because my husband and I celebrate our “we started dating” anniversary! Which, to us, is the most important one. Yes, we also celebrate our wedding anniversary, but mostly because we like to party. Are you all sensing the theme here? We’re big celebrators of life. Any chance to pop open a bottle of red wine or make a super-lavish meal is welcomed by us!
So it comes as noooo surprise to me that THIS year, my newest release, THE LAST RESORT, is coming out the same month as this lovely birth-and-anniversary month of celebrations. One more thing to stomp and shout for! And guess what, folks? It’s the day before our “we started dating” anniversary! Which is also, coincidentally…ST.PATRICK’S DAY. Good lord. IMAGINE THAT. So many reasons to dance and holler!
Sort of like a birthday/anniversary/new release present to myself…I contracted the lovely Victoria Miller to make me a little banner. And here it is, the pretty lil’ thing!
